Who we are

The data controller is Zlotea Adrian Î.I. (sole proprietorship, VAT no. RO29801309), operating azai.ro under the azai name. For any question about your data, write to us at contact@azai.ro.

What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect: your name, email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in and your message. We collect no other personal data through the site.

Like any website, our servers automatically record minimal technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) in operational logs, used solely for security and diagnostics.

Why we collect it

We use the form data to reply to your enquiry and carry on the conversation you started. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for marketing, automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with

Your data only reaches the providers that keep the site running: the hosting platform and the email delivery service (Resend), which forwards your message to our inbox. These providers act as processors and do not use the data for their own purposes.

We never sell or rent your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep the messages we receive for as long as the conversation requires and at most 2 years after the last contact, after which we delete them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. Write to us at contact@azai.ro and we will reply within 30 days.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP) — www.dataprotection.ro.
